Adventurix Service Agreement

The Service Agreement governs the business relationship between Adventurix and our Partnered Destinations. The Service Agreement does not apply to any user of this website. The Service Agreement in place between Adventurix and our Partnered Destinations is not a public document.

Attention all Partnered Destinations:

The most current revision to the Service Agreement is Revision 2, dated December 9, 2007. Revision 2 is in effect immediately, and supercedes any and all previous revisions of The Service Agreement in force between you and Adventurix.

Please ensure that you are using Revision 2, and no other revision of The Service Agreement. If, for some reason, you did not receive Revision 2 by email, or for any other reason have not read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by the content of Revision 2, please contact Customer Support immediately at (813) 333-6641.

If you have not read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by Revision 2 of the Service Agreement, logoff of this website immediately by closing your browser. Do not return to this website until you have read and accepted Revision 2 of the Service Agreement.
